The Friday before the Rodeo begins
(I think) is always Go Texan Day. I am still learning all this!
Emma's school and all the other KISD elementary schools have a hoedown during PE class on Go Texan Day. Emma, who loves to play the part, gets very excited about dressing up. This year she was even more excited because she finally owns pink...yes pink...cowgirl boots.
Drew went to school to watch the dances. Emma had lots of fun and was so happy that her Daddy was able to go this year!
