I thought this was such a good idea and I have thought about my list on every run since I read her post. I thought it would be easy to come up with things I would like to accomplish, but it was harder than I thought. However, I finally have a list and thought I would share it.
To do a real pull-up........I can do reverse unassisted pull-ups, but I want to be able to do a real boy pull-up or two or three or four or five. Five is my goal!
To run a 1:45 half marathon......enough said!
To run a 47 minute 10K......this might be impossible.
To nuture a love for running in my children......I love to sign them up for races and so far they enjoy it as well. I hope we can run together for many years to come.
To complete a sprint triathlon.....of course this means I have to start swimming and biking!
To complete a triathlon with Drew......again I would have to take up swimming. I do know how to swim and used to swim so it is possible.
To run a relay......what could be better than spending a weekend with girls while running, chatting, and being goofy because of lack of sleep. I think it would be a blast!
And the biggie........
To attempt to quality for the Boston Marathon.......training begins soon!!! Big goals, lots and lots of work, and I am excited. It might be too much, but I am going to give it my all!!
